Your name, company, email address and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We keep records of which sheets were sent to you and emails you exchange with us.
To deliver the sheets you subscribe to, bill you, answer your questions and tell you about changes to the Service. We do not sell subscriber information or use it for advertising.
The sheets contain information about businesses: names, addresses, licence and permit filings, published press, and details the businesses publish on their own websites and social accounts, including the names of licensees where a public filing lists them. We do not collect or publish personal email addresses, personal phone numbers or home addresses. A business or individual who wants a listing corrected or removed can email us and we will act within ten business days.
The site sets no tracking cookies. Our host may log standard request data (IP address, user agent) for security.
Stripe (payments), Google (email and hosting of our mailbox), GitHub (site hosting) and our transactional email provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
We keep subscriber records for as long as you subscribe and as required for tax and accounting afterwards. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing .
